Session:
The importance of consumer engagement and why the WHO must listen to the most affected stakeholders

Martin Cullip, also known as 'Dick Puddlecote,' is a British libertarian pro-tobacco blogger who offers a unique perspective on harm reduction. Cullip has been a columnist for the libertarian magazine Spiked and written for Filter magazine, funded by tobacco companies and other parties, among others.

He's known for critiquing tobacco control experts, public health science, and policies, advocating for alternative viewpoints. In 2017, he received an award from the pro-smoking group FOREST for his advocacy of vaping and defense of smokers' rights.

Cullip has spoken at the Global Tobacco and Nicotine Forum, an industry event, and played an active role in the Hands Off Our Packs (HOOP) campaign, opposing plain packaging laws in the UK, supported by the tobacco industry. His presence adds diversity to our discussions on harm reduction.
